About this Title:
Tsonga is the home language of almost 2 million people in South Africa. The pioneer translators of the Bible into Tsonga were Paul Berthoud, his brother Henri and E Creux. They were missionaries of the Swiss French Mission who came to South Africa in 1875. The first complete Bible was published in 1907 and was revised in 1929.
